FREE USA SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refund policy

At BioSpectral Systems, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That is why we offer a 30 day return window from the date you receive your product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, as long as it is not Readers,  Prescription or any other kind of custom-type glasses. Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition, with no signs of wear or damage, to qualify for a refund.

We also want to help you find the right product for your needs, so we offer exchange options within 30 days of receipt. If your first choice is not the right fit, you may return it and try another, subjected to pricing difference. Readers, Prescription and any custom type cannot be exchanged.

If you would prefer not to process an exchange, you are welcome to purchase multiple products to try and return the ones that are not right for you within 30 days of purchase, in line with our 30 Day Return Policy. 

If you are returning item(s) for a refund, please note that refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item(s) arrive at BioSpectral Systems. This processing time allows our team to inspect the returned item(s) and initiate the refund accordingly.

Please note that exact return and exchange terms may vary depending on the country of purchase and the location from which the return or exchange is being made.

Items still in transit cannot be returned until they are delivered.


United States of America, USA

Returns

We offer free returns within the United States, as long as they are not Readers,  Prescription or any other kind of custom-type glasses, which means we will also cover the cost of return shipping. Once your returned item(s) are received, you will be able to choose whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s).

If you selected Free Shipping at checkout, there is no shipping charge to refund. If you paid for Express Shipping at checkout, the shipping charge will not be refunded.

Exchanges

You are entitled to one, 1, free exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product and would like to try another item of equal value, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the original product, send the replacement product free of charge, and cover the shipping cost for the replacement as well.

If you choose a product of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to you. If you choose a product of greater value, you will be charged the difference in price.

For any additional exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product as well as the shipping cost of the replacement product. A maximum of two, 2, exchanges may be processed within the 30 day period after you receive your original order.

Outside of the United States, Rest of World

Returns

Customers outside of the United States may still return their products, as long as they are not Readers,  Prescription or any other kind of custom-type glasses,  within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from your refund.

You may take the product to your local post office and choose the slowest, least expensive shipping method available. In many cases, this is less than $30 USD from most countries to the United States, although actual international shipping costs may vary. To begin the refund process, we require proof of shipment in the form of a photo or copy of your shipping receipt.

Refunds

Refunds for international orders will only be issued once the original product has been received and inspected by our team.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

Additional Notes

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please retain proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed.
