BioSpectral Systems creates products and educational tools that help people live in better alignment with circadian biology, light science, and long term human health.
As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with aligned practitioners, creators, public figures, educators, and organizations who share our mission. This role is not about superficial networking. It is about building thoughtful, high value partnerships that expand trust, deepen reach, and create long term mutual value.
This is a fast moving role that requires initiative, ownership, communication skill, and the ability to execute consistently. You should be highly organized, commercially aware, and able to represent the BioSpectral Systems mission with clarity and integrity.
Requirements
Proven success in partnerships, affiliate growth, business development, or brand collaborations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
