These are my absolute favorite frames from Biospectral, they are cool and cute, unlike any other of the best brands I have tried. I got the day time yellow ones in the Mia frames and don't know how I lived without them before. I used red light glasses at night but bought their orange glasses for night time in a different frame. But the Mia frames are my favorite, they have the most coverage too. I am really excited to keep seeing improvements in my health from wearing them during long desk hours and to see how the melanin infused part helps as well. As a health researcher, these are the best glasses on the market. And as a side note, the yellow day time glasses make you feel happier, better mood. I used to wear color therapy glasses in the past and the yellow ones were for mood and feeling brighter and that is definitely the case. But knowing these do so much more for my brain, metabolic health, mental health, etc, I absolutely have been loving wearing these every day. I highly recommend the Mia frames for the day and night glasses, they are my favorite.
They did a great job of making frames that fit a woman's head and even looks cool. I am really excited about the melanin and other features of these glasses compared to my old ones from the most popular brand. Those old glasses fell off my face, way too big and are just not as solid or made well. Since I wear these every single night, those things matter so much more then how it may sound. This is not about aesthetics (although I really appreciate their cool styles), but its about functionality for me, and also knowing I have the best night time blue and green blockers on the market. I love my new glasses. So helpful when sitting inside under artificial light & or viewing screens. This is a note to the manufacturer. What would be ideal for me is to have these available in bifocal readers. I put magnification reading stickers inside these lenses, but they're visible & take away from the aesthetic. Overall very happy with these glasses.
